Privacy policy

ManBhaata (Max Prime) collects only what is needed to run your account, deliver orders and process job applications.

What we collect

• Account: name, email, mobile, hashed password.
• Orders: delivery addresses and order history.
• Job applications: details you submit and documents you upload. Identity documents (PAN / masked Aadhaar) are optional and uploaded only with your explicit consent.
• Security logs: sign-in attempts and actions, with IP addresses stored only as one-way keyed hashes.

How we protect it

• Passwords are hashed; email codes are stored hashed and expire in 10 minutes.
• Recruitment documents are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and stored outside the public website, downloadable only by the owner/admin, and every download is logged.

Retention

Recruitment documents of applicants who are not hired are deleted after 180 days. You may ask us to delete your application earlier using the contact details on our Contact page.

Sharing

We share delivery details only with the courier delivering your order. We do not sell personal data.
